Overall average, but location of the hotel was very good.
Location, clean rooms
Rooms old style, need improvements. Gym was a joke, spa not well maintained.

Fantastic location
Excellent location, just opposite the main ski lift. The breakfast was good, with a choice of options and the staff were very friendly. Nice view of the slopes and mountains from the room (behind the main road). Nice spa area too.
The room was pretty hot, which made things less comfortable. Breakfast only starts at 8am which meant we couldn't eat anything when we had to get an early connection out of the resort.

Strategic position, good last minute price, fair staff and structure.
Strategic position 10 m from the slopes. Parking at acceptable daily price (extra) very close (30 m) to the hotel. Exceptional!
Receptionist availability and friendliness are fair but could be improved. The room and bathroom accessories are not fully complying to a four-star rating for the hotel.

Cristallo to the rescue
Booked this hotel very last minute when our other accommodation fell through. Very happy with it. Big room, ski locker, great food, friendly staff.
No tea/coffee facility in the room.
